** High Risk Offender – UCCM Police Issue Public Safety Notification **

High Risk Offender- United Chiefs and Councils of Manitoulin Anishnaabe Police, is releasing information regrading a high-risk offender who is moving back into the Manitoulin Island area.

The UCCM Anishnaabe Police is advising residents in the area of Manitoulin Island that Isaac Jacob PAIBOMSAI 39 years, will be taking up residence on the Whitefish River First Nation. He has previous convictions for:
Assault Police X 4
Resist Police X 2
Escape Lawful Custody
Breach of Recognizance X4
Breach of Order of Long Term Supervision X 4
Assault x 7
Fail to Appear
Fail to Comply with Probation Order x 6
Fail to Attend Court
B &E and Theft
Possession of Stolen Property X 2
Theft over 5,000.
Sexual Assault causing bodily harm
Uttering Threats X 3
Possession of a Schedule II Substance
Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

Upon completing his custodial sentence on May 20th, 2017 in Kingston,  Isaac Jacob PAIBOMSAI will be returning to the Whitefish River First Nation where he will be residing.

Isaac Jacob PAIBOMSAI is described as a First Nation male, 5′ 7” tall, approximately 200 lbs, brown eyes and brown hair.
