The UCCM Anishnaabe Police are investigating four break, enter and theft reports that occurred to residences on the Whitefish River First Nation during the period of the March Break. A fifth home had property damaged when culprit(s) attempted to gain entry but were not successful.
In all four homes the culprit(s) gained entry into the home while most of the occupants were away on family vacation. Various electronic and other personal property were stolen; Flat screen TV’s various sizes and makes from 32″-46 ” screen, PS3 games, Blue ray DVD’s, Internet router, various food items, various coins valued at $ 130.00.
Police gathered evidence from each of the break and enter scenes but are seeking the public assistance.
