INVITATION FOR TENDERS: SNOW REMOVAL (2026 – 2027)
UCCM Anishnaabe Police Service
Tenders for the 2026–2027 season are now being accepted for snow removal at the UCCM Anishnaabe Police Service. Services required include plowing, sanding, salting, and the pushback of snowbanks.
Scope of Work
Services are required for the following locations:
- 5905 Hwy 540, M’Chigeeng
- Areas: Parking area.
- Schedule: Must be plowed and salted/sanded by 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
- 5926 Hwy 540, M’Chigeeng
- Areas: Roadway, front of building (visitor’s parking / driveway), and staff parking area.
- Schedule: Must be plowed and salted/sanded by 6:30 AM, 2:30 PM, and 10:30 PM on all calendar days.
- Direction: The pattern of snow removal is to be directed by the management of the UCCM Anishnaabe Police Service.
- 4 Margret Street, Mindemoya
- Areas: Driveway and walkway.
- Requirements: Shovel walkway, sand, and salt when necessary.
Submission Checklist
Please submit a proposal that includes the following information and documentation:
- [ ] Seasonal Rate: For the period of November 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. This rate must include all plowing, salt and sand, and snowbank pushback.
- [ ] Equipment Identification: Identify the type of equipment to be used.
- [ ] WSIB: Proof of WSIB coverage.
- [ ] Insurance: Proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance.
Evaluation
The successful tender will be based on the price, quality, and service level of the supplier. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
